Relating To Telephonic Services.

Abstract

Permits, but does not require or prohibit, medicaid, health insurers, mutual benefit societies, and health maintenance organizations to cover telephonic behavioral health services under certain circumstances. Clarifies that telephonic services do not constitute telehealth. (CD1)
